Our Story
From harbor to hub
Curaçao has always been a connector of people, ideas, and trade. From its natural harbor that fueled global commerce to its multilingual, tech-savvy population, the island has long been a bridge between continents and cultures.
Today, Curaçao stands at another crossroads. Global industries are shifting toward sustainability, digitalization, and knowledge-based economies. The Innovation Hub was initiated to harness that momentum.
Launched in October 2026 by CINEX in collaboration with CITI and supported by the Ministry of Economic Development, the Hub brings together public institutions, academia, private sector, and diaspora into a unified platform for innovation.
