IBIS Management Associates is a Curaçao-based fintech company founded in 2000, serving over 40 financial institutions and corporates across the Caribbean and Latin America. The company specializes in straight-through payment processing, digital banking, digital transformation, and regulatory reporting.
Its flagship products include Alchemy, a payment processing solution that has handled over USD 146 billion in transaction volume across 22 years, and SWISSRoute, a cloud-based SWIFT connectivity solution for cross-border payments. IBIS also builds custom digital solutions such as tax portals, payment kiosks, and mobile applications for governments and businesses.
Founded by Clark Russel, Michel Bon, and Eduard Sluis, IBIS is a founding member of the Curaçao Fintech Association and SIMIA, and invests in the next generation through its Bank4Kids financial literacy initiative.
