Kolektivo

Kolektivo — meaning "collective" in Papiamentu — is the Antiano impact network turning shared ambition into action. Established in 2020 and rooted in Curaçao, it connects strategy, talent, and capital to accelerate progress across the island and the wider Dutch Caribbean.

Kolektivo believes Antianos have the power to create true abundance in harmony with nature. It empowers the changemakers driving this transition by building a robust support system and leading by example — an approach it calls Antiano Acceleration.

Its active initiatives include Pioneros, a program connecting Antiano talent with skills, projects, and opportunities; Regenerating Nature, which supports nature restoration with tools and resources that multiply impact; and Startup Acceleration, helping early-stage founders build strong ventures and scale with purpose.

Kolektivo also pioneers new ways of funding impact — from local impact grants to launching the Caribbean's first marine biodiversity credit — and is a founding partner of the Curaçao Innovation Hub at the historic Villa Maria in Willemstad, where technology, culture, and entrepreneurship come together to shape the island's innovation economy.
